The service

Orqpay provides custodial stablecoin payment rails (USDC/USDT) for business operators — including deposits, settlement, and withdrawals — subject to onboarding, policy packs, and applicable law.

Accounts

You are responsible for credentials, accurate information, and activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for policy, risk, or legal reasons.

Orqpay is a payments product, not an exchange for speculative trading and not investment, legal, or tax advice.
