What we do

• Industry and corridor policy packs (limits, allowed activity)
• Merchant onboarding and ongoing review
• Operational controls on deposits, settlement, and withdrawals

What we don't claim

• We are not a card acquirer competing on chargeback theater
• We do not promise "no KYC" or "funds never reviewed"
• On-chain settlement finality for a transfer is not the same as unrestricted platform access

Settlement

Stablecoin transfers that confirm on-chain are final for that transfer. Platform access, freezes, and payout execution remain subject to policy and compliance review.
